Should the visitor/user not agree to any of the terms and conditions of this Agreement, he/she must immediately leave this site and desist from using any of the tools, functions, and information provided herein.
FGC reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement without prior notice to the visitor/users. Thus, every time the visitor/user accesses this site, he/she is responsible for viewing this Agreement for any updates, amendments, changes, and revisions to which the visitor/user shall be deemed to be automatically bound.
The visitor/user agrees to use the information, services, and tools available on the site for purely personal and non-commercial use.
Purpose of this Site and Limitation on Liability
FGC, through this site, only provides general information, data, and statistics regarding medical tourism, health care and medical services available world-wide obtained through a process of simple research of information, data, and statistics that are already available on the internet without verification as to the truth or accuracy of any of the general information obtained from such research. In some cases, FGC may have received compensation from health care or medical service providers who wish their establishments to be mentioned on this site, in which case, the relevant information, data, and statistics have been entirely provided by such health care or medical service providers.
FGC strives to provide its visitors/users with information, data, and statistics regarding medical tourism, which is current. However, the content on this website has not been reviewed or prepared by medical professionals and is not intended as a substitute for advise obtained from a licensed medical professional. No information, data or statistic contained in this site may be used for self-diagnosis or for treating health problems or diseases. FGC is not responsible for any information that is found to be inaccurate, incomplete, incorrect or misleading.

The visitor/user shall hold FGC free and harmless and shall indemnify FGC for any claim or liability, whether the cause of action is based on tort, breach of contract, or any other legal theory, including punitive, actual, direct, incidental or consequential damages of any nature, arising from the visitor/user's independent due diligence investigations and validations of the information contained herein; or for any damage, loss or injury that may have been incurred by the visitor/user or any other person who may have received information from such visitor/user regarding any information, data or statistic published on this site or for any service or treatment obtained from any health or medical service provider that is mentioned herein. FGC is not responsible for any health or medical care service or treatment that the visitor/user may receive from any person, entity or business that may is mentioned on this site.
Rules for Use of Site
Site visitors/users may not:
1. Violate the laws of any jurisdiction, state, or country while visiting our site or using any tool that is available on this site;
2. Harass or cyber stalk any user;
3. Post any information, entries, queries, guest book notes, etc., which, in the sole and absolute discretion and opinion of FGC, may be considered as obscene, indecent, defamatory, offensive, or hateful;
4. Upload a virus on the server, whether or not such virus causes damage to FGC or FGC's visitors/users;
5. Transmit, steal, or otherwise engage in unauthorized access of information, data or materials through or into this website, which may be in violation of any law or regulation in any jurisdiction.
6. Use any automated script or robots to access, copy, or manipulate any content provided in this site.
7. Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any other person or entity.
8. Insert your own or a third party's advertising material or promotional content on this site.
9. Use the site in any manner with the intent to interrupt, damage, or disable, overburden, impair the site, including but not limited to, flooding servers with requests;
10. Attempt to circumvent, reverse engineer, decrypt, or otherwise alter or interfere with the site or any content thereof.

All visitors/users of this site must be of legal age in their jurisdiction or country of origin. All visitors/users who are not of legal age must immediately leave the website and desist from using any of the tools, functions, information provided in this site unless such visitor user is supervised by his/her parents or legal guardian, in which event, the parent or legal guardian shall be responsible for filtering any inappropriate content on this site.
FGC may post rules, guidelines or policies in addition to those stated in this Agreement. Upon the posting of such new or additional materials, such terms and conditions will immediately form part of this Agreement and shall be deemed as automatically binding on the visitors/users.
Payments
A down payment of 20% (twenty percent) of the estimated total cost of services plus any related taxes ("
Down Payment") shall be paid to FGC immediately upon making a reservation. The Down Payment shall be charged in USD or EURO and it is based on an estimate of the total cost of services. The final cost of services shall be determined by the Medical Center after the patient's arrival. The difference between the final cost of services as determined by the Medical Center and the Down Payment shall be paid to the Medical Center in USD / EURO / Local Currency before the procedure. The payment of the Down Payment directly to FGC shall not create any liability for FGC regarding the medical services which are under the sole responsibility of the Medical Center.
Refunds
Any reservation cancelled within 72 hours from the time of the reservation shall be fully refunded (the Down Payment) within 90 business days, by the same payment method through which the Down Payment was charged, provided that no services were granted to the patient by the Medical Center. Any reservation cancelled after 72 hours of the time of the reservation shall not be refunded. In case FGC has reason to believe that fraud is involved it shall not be obliged to process any cancellation or refund request.
Disclaimer
FGC does not have any direct knowledge of or affiliation with the health care and medical service providers mentioned in this site, nor regarding any of the products or services provided by the latter. Even in cases where FGC may have received compensation from health care or medical providers who wish their establishments to be mentioned on this site, FGC has made no further study regarding the accuracy and truthfulness of the matters represented and advertised by such establishments on this site. Thus, FGC has no knowledge or responsibility regarding the existence, qualifications, quality of service, or competence of any of the health care or medical service providers mentioned in this site. It has no information regarding the capacity or qualifications of the health care or medical service providers to render the service required by the visitor/user, nor can FGC attest to the competence of the medical professionals practicing medicine at such establishments.

Miscellaneous
This Agreement and that relationship between the visitor/user and FGC shall be governed by the laws of Cyprus, without regard to conflict of law provisions. The visitor/user agrees that any cause of action that may arise under this Agreement shall be commenced and heard exclusively in the appropriate courts of Nicosia, Cyprus. Failure by FGC to exercise or enforce any right or provision in this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be unenforceable or invalid, the visitor/user agrees to cooperate with FGC for the reasonable application of such provision in order to give full force and effect to the intent of this Agreement.
