Evidence is a question sheet, a map with empty nodes, a protocol, a raw log, and a limits statement. This site lists no facility inventory, awards, or official lab partners.

Who hosts this verification practice
QKV Institute is the public brand on qkv.org. The one-line job is to turn a claim into a test another person can rerun. Question, knowledge map, verification is a sequence. The square mark is a reminder of that sequence, not a substitute for a log.

QKV is not HNK’s explanation-of-generated-language loop, not QFP’s handleable prototype, and not PHD.CC’s literature-and-revision studio. Those are related projects of the same institution, disclosed above. This page stays with tests that can lose.
What a partner should be able to inspect
A later reviewer should find four objects: a question that could be shown false, a map with empty nodes, a protocol written before the trial, and a log that still shows a miss. If any of those is replaced by a highlight video, verification has not started.
- Write the pass line and the fail line before touching the apparatus or the model.
- Keep failed runs in the log. Deleting them deletes the verification.
- Separate decoration from measurement. A painted robot is not a result.
- Name the instrument and the uncertainty, even if both are crude.
What this page refuses
Starting with a machine because it photographs well. Calling a single successful run a verification. Using generated literature without a source check. Presenting “innovation” before the question is stable. QKV will slow a demo until the missing piece of the pack exists. That delay is the curriculum.
