What this website collects
QKV Institute publishes a static information site. Public pages do not host a student database and do not run an application form that stores records on this server. Fit conversations happen by email at info@qkv.org.
Do not send other people’s identifiers, school ID numbers, health notes, or unpublished student work in a first message. On-site worksheets are preparation tools. They do not transmit an application.
If a message included personal data
Write the same mailbox with the subject “Privacy” and enough detail to find the message. This page is a practice notice. It does not claim a particular corporate legal form, a named analytics product, or a campus records office.
Photos, logs, and student files
Build photos, trial logs, and research files are student work. They are not marketing fuel by default. Mentors should not republish them as case studies without permission.
